Much better in Windows than MAC

I love SnagIt on my Windows PC, it does everything I could wish for. On the MAC it will not easily capture a scrolling area - there are some crazy steps you can go through to make it work but I can never remember them so have to cut/paste. Please fix this - scrolling areas are everyday captures.
