Snag It / Info for Apple Retina and Yosemite Users

Hello! I downloaded this app from the app store, it didn’t work, wouldn’t record my video, gave me errors, everything.

Then I downloaded the trial from TechSmiths website. It worked PERFECTLY.

Downfall: I paid for the app, didn’t have a license to enter into it to get a non-trial version.

Solution: Contacted TechSmith support through their site, they gave me my user license for the software! They explained that the most up-to-date software might not be on the app store because there is a process at apple.

Regardless, this avenue to get workable software worked for me, so perfect, I’m so happy.

I suggest you all do the same if you are having problems.
